I feel naturally inclined to help those seeking mental healing, emotional support and balance in their lives. I believe in order to optimize the quality of our lives, we have to look at our relationships with our parents, siblings, children, friends, partners, and coworkers.
I use my personal experiences with trauma and relationships to guide my work along with the education that I received in my studies. I graduated with a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Mercer University School of Medicine in 2018, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, and an Associate of Science in Sociology in 2014 from Middle Georgia State University. I have experience working with disadvantaged children and adolescents, individuals, couples & families. My background includes residential settings, crisis stabilization, community and outpatient therapy. In my leisure time, I enjoy spending time with my friends, journaling, trying new restaurants, binge watching my favorite shows, and traveling.
