I feel naturally inclined to help those seeking mental healing, emotional support and balance in their lives. I believe in order to optimize the quality of our lives, we have to look at our relationships with our parents, siblings, children, friends, partners, and coworkers.

Do you find yourself overindulging and losing yourself while trying to support others? Are you there for everyone, but no one is available when you are in need? You work hard because you feel that you can’t depend on anyone but yourself. Your biggest fear is asking for help because you don’t want to be a burden. You wonder if you will ever have a relationship where you can receive the love and respect that you give to others. Let me help you with this. I am particularly interested in helping my clients shape their voices and develop skills to improve their relationships. I believe that we all have the ability to be resilient, but sometimes we need help managing and navigating through the stressors and challenges of life.

I use a person-centered approach and focus on providing a safe space, guidance, and encouragement while processing trauma, finding your voice, and learning to shine your light. I believe that gaining insight into our relationships and undesirable patterns will help you disrupt the undesirable patterns and better manage your emotions. Let me help you learn to shine through the challenges in your life by equipping you with tools to shift your mindset, cope with your stressors, and optimize your quality of life.

I use my personal experiences with trauma and relationships to guide my work along with the education that I received in my studies. I graduated with a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Mercer University School of Medicine in 2018, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, and an Associate of Science in Sociology in 2014 from Middle Georgia State University. I have experience working with disadvantaged children and adolescents, individuals, couples& families. My background includes residential settings, crisis stabilization, community and outpatient therapy. In my leisure time, I enjoy spending time with my friends, journaling, trying new restaurants, binge watching my favorite shows, and traveling.
